Delayed delivery, warranty begin on purchase date.
I ordered the machine the end of last April, first machine was deliver damage. Then second machine was delayed for 4 months, delivered toward the end of August.
April 2023, machine was leaking, was covered under the warranty. August 2023, the machine leaked again this time is not covered by warranty due to warranty starts on purchase date not delivery date, so 4 months that Fagor delayed the order the warranty already starts. This is the second machine purchased from Fagor. First 1 runs great until the pass through tray fastening ring crack. Now the second machine have the same problem, replacement part is impossible to find. Part should have been made of other material other than plastic. Now, I regret buying Fagor.
ACity team is great though.
