Featuring two 50-lb frypots, each powered by 120,000 BTU burners, it delivers rapid heat-up and recovery times, making it ideal for establishments with heavy frying demands. Equipped with a built-in 4 GPM filtration system, the 2FPRG50T simplifies oil maintenance, reducing downtime and extending oil life. The filtration system operates independently, allowing continuous frying in the other frypot during the process.
