Frymaster D160G Specifications
The Dean D160G is a commercial gas fryer designed for high-volume kitchen operations. This floor model fryer has a large 75-pound oil capacity and a spacious 18" x 18" frying area, making it suitable for preparing everything from French fries to large menu items. It features a thermo-tube heat transfer system and a Thermatron controller, which are designed to provide precise temperature control, fast heat-up and recovery times, and to prolong the life of the frying oil. The D160G is constructed with a durable stainless steel frypot, front, door, and sides, and includes a wide cold zone to trap sediment and a full-port drain for easy cleaning and maintenance.
