The Frymaster SCFD360G Dean Decathlon Performance Gas Fryer Battery is a heavy-duty, high-volume commercial fryer designed for fast-paced kitchens. Built with three 75-lb stainless-steel fry pots and a powerful 450,000 BTU gas heating system, it delivers rapid recovery and consistent frying temperatures. The fryer uses a thermo-tube heat?transfer design and a Thermatron controller with RTD temperature probe to precisely regulate oil temperature, protect oil life, and minimize overheating.
