Powered by a high-torque, 1 horsepower motor with a direct gear-driven transmission, the CM12 maintains steady grinding power without sacrificing the natural texture, color, or flavor of your meats. The robust housing, cylinder, worm gear, and adjustment ring are constructed from premium stainless steel with seamless edges to simplify end-of-day sanitation. Outfitted with safety-first manual motor overload protection and non-slip rubber feet, the unit comes complete with an integrated top handle, a stainless steel product tray, a polycarbonate food pusher, a grinder knife, and both 1/4" and 5/16" grinding plates.
