At the core of its performance is a powerful 1/3 HP motor paired with a 10-inch hard-chromed, special alloy hollow-ground knife that produces uniform slices ranging from tissue-thin to 9/16" thick. Operations benefit from its smooth, ball-bearing chute slide system and an expanded 35-degree food chute that accommodates larger products up to 10.5 inches long. Enhanced stability comes from pyramid-shaped end-weight teeth and underside gripping pins, keeping foods secure during rapid slicing to minimize waste and boost yield. Built with durable, easy-to-clean anodized aluminum, the G10 prioritizes staff safety and uptime with a top-mounted, all-metal knife sharpener, a permanently attached knife ring guard, and a protective knife cover interlock.
