Engineered to mix, blend, purée, and emulsify large volumes up to 8 gallons, this handheld stick mixer utilizes a high-torque 3/4 horsepower (500-watt) motor built to conquer thick split-pea soups, house dressings, and heavy batters. Equipped with a precise variable-speed system spinning from 4,000 to 16,000 RPM, operators can effortlessly transition from a delicate mix to rapid aeration with total structural control.
The robust GIB500 motor base is interchangeable, accommodating optional 14" to 22" blending shafts or a 10" whipping whisk attachment (sold separately) to scale up your production as your business grows.
