Crafted from heavy-duty, pre-seasoned cast iron, the plates offer exceptional thermal retention and lightning-fast recovery times during busy breakfast and lunch rushes. Driven by an efficient 1800-watt heating element, the thermostatic controls let you adjust and lock in cooking temperatures up to 570°F.
