The smooth-plate design is the ultimate solution for kitchens serving quesadillas, breakfast burritos, grilled cheese, reubens, and delicate flatbread wraps. Without deep grooves to tear or trap food, operators can effortlessly grill items evenly from both sides or use the flat surface to sear proteins and warm tortillas perfectly. Crafted from premium, pre-seasoned cast iron, the plates offer exceptional thermal mass retention and rapid temperature recovery. Driven by an efficient 1800-watt heating element, the built-in thermostatic controls allow you to precisely adjust and lock in cooking temperatures up to 570°F. For maximum physical longevity on a hot line, all vital internal wiring is safely encased inside a rigid stainless steel conduit tube, completely protecting it from grease and operational wear. Plugs directly into any standard 120V wall outlet for immediate plug-and-play performance. Includes a specialized flat cleaning scraper.
