These compact ovens give you versatility in creating additional profit centers for your foodservice operation. The Pizza Oven lets you easily prepare pizza, heros, subs, pretzels, and other baked items.

This product includes the following features:

3.25 inch clearance between decks

Two independently controlled baking chambers

Four Corderite ceramic baking decks with 3 1/4" clearance giving the operator the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the hearth.

Equipped with heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements at the top of the oven and beneath each baking deck.

Interior constructed of 18 gauge high heat aluminized steel

Exterior and Door - constructed of 20 gauge Stainless Steel type 430, #4 finish

Insulation - 1.5" thick industrial grade insulation

Two 15 minute electric alert timers (timer does not shut off the oven).

Line Cord - Standard with a 6" line cord.
