Hobart LXNHB-2 Specifications
The Hobart LXNHB-2 high-temperature undercounter dishwasher delivers powerful, efficient warewashing performance for restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, catering operations, and other busy foodservice kitchens. Designed for washing plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, and prepware, this stainless steel dishwasher features a spacious 17-inch door opening that can accommodate large items such as full-size sheet pans. The LXNHB-2 processes up to 32 racks per hour with standard single-level washing and can reach up to 48 racks per hour when equipped with the optional two-level rack system, helping increase throughput while reducing dishroom labor. Using only 0.62 gallons of water per cycle, its high-temperature sanitizing system combines a 150°F wash with a 180°F final rinse for dependable cleaning and sanitation. A user-friendly smart touchscreen provides simple one-touch operation, while AutoClean automatically rinses the interior at shutdown to reduce daily cleaning requirements.
