Producing up to 453 pounds of ice per day, this commercial ice maker creates individual 1by1 square cubes with a clear, uniform appearance and slow-melting performance that helps reduce drink dilution, making the ice ideal for cocktails, spirits, soft drinks, iced coffee, and other specialty beverages. The air-cooled refrigeration system provides dependable operation without requiring condenser water, while the durable stainless steel exterior is designed to withstand demanding everyday use. Hoshizaki’s EverCheck™ alert system helps operators monitor machine conditions, and environmentally conscious R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient refrigeration performance.
