This full-service case utilizes a self-contained refrigeration system with a full-length gravity coil, ensuring consistent cooling between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit. A key feature for red meats is an extra full-length humidity coil at the main deck, which helps maintain optimal moisture levels to keep products fresh and juicy. It comes with a black exterior and a white interior, both illuminated by energy-efficient LED lighting that enhances the rich color of red meats. The unit includes a durable stainless steel top and provides access through double-pane rear removable sliding doors.
