The Ice-O-Matic CIM1126HA90 Elevation Series ice maker is a high-capacity, air-cooled modular ice machine designed for restaurants, bars, hotels, convenience stores, healthcare facilities, cafeterias, and other high-volume foodservice operations that require a dependable supply of clear half-cube ice. Producing up to 1,000 lb. of ice per 24 hours under ideal operating conditions, this unit creates versatile 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" half cubes that work well for soft drinks, cocktails, iced tea, water service, and beverage dispensing. Its compact 22" modular design installs on a compatible ice storage bin or dispenser, while the dual top and side exhaust system provides added flexibility when positioning the machine in busy back-of-house environments. The CIM1126HA90 uses efficient R290 refrigerant and features Ice-O-Matic's Harvest Assist technology to promote consistent ice production while helping reduce energy consumption. A front-facing evaporator, removable dishwasher-safe food-zone components, and one-touch sanitizing and descaling controls simplify routine cleaning and maintenance, helping operators save labor and maintain sanitary ice production.
