This 6 burner electric range is perfect for commercial restaurant cooking. It's ideal for coffee shops, food courts, and other food service establishments. This oven can accommodate the standard full size 18 x 26" sheet pans. With (6) 9 1/2" diameter cooking plates, this unit provides fast even cooking on a solid flat surface. And, with the Infinite heat control and oven heat deflector features, this unit is sure to provide optimal performance.
