This 48" Elite Counter Top Electric Griddle with 1" plate is ideal for cooking a wide variety of foods with varying cooking requirements. The 32" depth provides maximum cooking surface for cooking multiple items at once. The high BTU output, total cooking surface and griddle quality assure the best value on the market. This unit is NSF and AGA listed for use.
