The burners are equipped with a clog-free pilot system and lift-off heads, making end-of-shift cleaning significantly less a chore. Below the cooktop, the unit houses a spacious chef-depth oven with superior heat retention and easy maintenance. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge, the ER-6-G24 is engineered to withstand the relentless pace of a commercial line while maintaining a professional aesthetic.
