By using immersed heating elements that sit directly in the oil, it heats faster and maintains temperature drops effortlessly—resulting in crispier food, less oil absorption, and shorter ticket times. Engineered with robotically welded stainless steel, this fryer is designed to withstand the brutal day-to-day demands of a busy cook line.

- Recessed bottom slants towards the drain to facilitate draining
- 1-1/4" full port drain valve empties the frypot quickly and safely
