Its integrated 24-inch thermostatic griddle delivers precise heat retention for delicate breakfast items, seared meats, and toasted sandwiches. Meanwhile, four 9-inch round solid plate elements provide maximum pan contact to heat stockpots and sauté pans evenly while keeping spills out of the cabinet interior. Below the cooktop, two 20-inch porcelainized ovens allow line cooks to roast, bake, or hold sides without taking up additional floor space.
