The Imperial Salamander Broiler is perfect for preparing steaks, fish and lobster because the gas-fired 40,000 BTU/hr. infra-red burner provides instant, even heating throughout the 405 sq. in. broiler grid. A new protective burner screen helps prevent breakage.
