The Imperial IR-10-E 60" Electric Range is engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, university cafeterias, and healthcare dining facilities where gas hookups aren't viable or permitted. This heavy-duty footprint combines ten 9-inch solid French plate elements with dual chef-depth standard ovens, allowing operators to sauté, simmer, and bake simultaneously without bottlenecking line production. The 2 kW sealed circular plates eliminate open-coil spill traps to speed up end-of-day sanitation, while infinite heat controls deliver precise thermal adjustments across all cook zones. Down below, two 5.3 kW ovens fit standard 18" x 26" sheet pans both side-by-side and front-to-back, backed by heat-baffle technology and porcelainized interiors for uniform heat retention and effortless wipe-downs.
