The Middleby Marshall DZ55-4 CTX infrared conveyor oven is a high-volume, electric countertop cooking platform engineered for speed, consistency and labor savings. The oven features a 55" long, 16" wide cooking chamber with top and bottom far-infrared emitters and full-insulation construction for even heating and reduced energy loss. Operators can program up to 15 menu presets using the MenuSelect® microprocessor controls, which also include self-cleaning and standby mode to simplify maintenance and manage idle power.
