The Middleby Marshall PS2620E-2 is a high-volume, countertop electric conveyor oven designed to deliver restaurant-grade performance in a compact footprint. With a 26" wide by 26" deep cooking chamber and a 48" belt length, it offers efficient throughput without taking up a full floor oven footprint. Featuring a variable-speed “High h” recirculating impingement airflow system, the PS2620E-1 ensures fast, even cooking across a wide range of products—from pizzas to sandwiches to baked goods.
