Moffat E89AMSW Full Size Electric Proofer & Holding Cabinet 8 Full Pans

Electrically heated proofer has a stainless steel interior and stainless steel top and sides. Proofer cabinet fully insulated with a single pane removable glass door with capacity for up to 16 half size sheet pans or 8 full size sheet pans. A single speed fan gently and evenly circulates air around the Proofer cabinet. Cabinet temperature controlled by a thermostat and humidity via a humidity sensor and control. A single element heats the cabinet with an additional element heating water in the manual fill water trough. Proofer mounted on castors, fixed at the rear, brake and swivel at the front. Proofer operates independently or in combination with 's Turbofan model E32 and G32.
