This item is ideal for restaurants, and food service facilities where large amounts of food need to be cooked quickly. This Turbofan Electric Convection oven uses heated circulated air flow which cuts cooking time significantly.
It's easy to maintain; the pane glass door is accessible and the exterior is stainless steal for quick clean up. The oven dimensions are 28-7/8"w x 31-7/8"d by 28-3/4" and can accommodate various food items. The electronic thermostat control has a timer, and it has over 20 programs to choose from. This oven has versatility and superior quality.

should have bought a bigger size
Pros: easy for the cooks to use
This oven is easy to use and works just great but, I really need a larger oven. I will upgrade sometime soon.
