This Easy Onion Slicer II comes with a 1/4" blade assembly. The blades are stainless steel and have commercial-grade aluminum construction for lasting durability. The steel blades have anti-corrosive capability, and is easy to maintain. The pre-tensioned blade set never needs to be tensioned. This slicer is multipurpose and can cut a variety of fruits and vegetables quickly for desired dishes. It's easy to operate and NSF approved for use.
