Pitco SG14-2FD Specifications
The Pitco SG14-2FD is a natural gas-powered commercial deep fryer equipped with a Solstice high efficiency burners and built-in filtration system. This system enhances safety and simplifies cleaning by allowing for oil filtering without removing the fryer pot. It features two fryer compartments, each with a 40-50 pound oil capacity, for a total of 80-100 pounds. Millivolt controls and a high-temperature safety switch are included for ease of use and safety.
