Each deck features three ceramic clay stones with an integrated crisping function, accommodating a total of twelve 14" pizzas or four full-size sheet pans. With a 932°F maximum temperature and TempIQ Recovery technology, this unit provides the rapid heat recovery and consistent performance necessary for artisan-quality results during peak volume.
Precision control is managed via the IQControl panel, featuring TurboStart for fast preheating and three independent heat zones per deck to balance top, bottom, and front heat. The oven is built for durability with high-density insulation, Xenon deck lighting, and a ventilated stainless steel front with a convenient sliding unloading shelf.
