Reaching temperatures up to 932°F and utilizing TempIQ Recovery technology, this unit ensures rapid heat-up and consistent, artisan-quality results across all levels during high-volume service.
Precision management is handled via the IQControl panel, featuring TurboStart for fast preheating and three independent heat zones per deck for perfectly balanced top, bottom, and front heat. The oven is built for durability and ease of use, featuring high-density insulation, Xenon deck lighting, and a ventilated stainless steel front with a convenient sliding unloading shelf.
