Each deck features two ceramic clay stones with a built-in crisping function, allowing for a total capacity of eight 18" pizzas or four full-size sheet pans across both levels. With a powerful 932°F maximum temperature and TempIQ Recovery technology, this unit provides the rapid recovery and consistent heat necessary for artisan-quality results during peak volume.
Precision control is managed via the IQControl panel, featuring TurboStart for fast preheating and three independent heat zones per deck to perfectly balance top, bottom, and front heat. The oven is built for durability and ease of use, featuring high-density insulation, Xenon deck lighting, and a ventilated stainless steel front with a sliding unloading shelf. Mounted on a sturdy stand with lockable casters and an integrated eyebrow hood, the PM 922ED is an efficient, space-saving solution for busy pizzerias and bakeries.
