The PizzaMaster PM 1132ED is a professional two-deck electric oven designed for high-volume production, featuring three ceramic clay stones per deck and a maximum operating temperature of 932°F. Each deck offers a spacious baking surface capable of holding six 20" pizzas or three full-size sheet pans, supported by TempIQ recovery and Turbo-Start technology for rapid heat-up and consistent performance.
Built with a durable stainless steel front and high-density insulation, this model includes an IQcontrol panel, balanced three-zone heat distribution, and a sliding unloading shelf for improved workflow.
