The PizzaMaster® PM 825ED packs five decks of baking power into a compact footprint, making it an ideal choice for operations where space is at a premium without sacrificing output. Ceramic Clay Stones with crisping function and a 932°F maximum operating temperature deliver excellent results, with each deck holding up to four 16" pizzas at a time.
