The PizzaMaster® PM 835ED brings serious baking capacity to commercial kitchens with five decks, each fitted with Ceramic Clay Stones with crisping function and capable of holding up to six 16" pizzas at a time. A maximum operating temperature of 932°F ensures consistently crispy, evenly baked results across every deck.
The IQControl Panel makes temperature and bake time management straightforward, and TurboStart gets the oven ready for service fast. Built from stainless steel with high-density insulation and Xenon deck lights, the PM 835ED is a reliable, high-output workhorse for any serious pizza operation.
