The PizzaMaster® PM 842ED is a double-deck electric pizza oven designed for serious, high-volume pizza operations. Ceramic Clay Stones with crisping function and a 932°F maximum operating temperature deliver consistently crispy, perfectly baked results, while the spacious dual-deck design handles up to eight 16" pizzas per deck at a time.
The intuitive IQControl Panel makes precise temperature and bake time management effortless, and TurboStart gets the oven up to temperature fast so service never skips a beat. Built from stainless steel with high-density insulation, lockable casters, and Xenon deck lights, the PM 842ED is as practical and durable as it is powerful.
