The left side features six open burners allow a chef to manage multiple sauté pans, stockpots, or pasta cookers simultaneously without pan handles interfering with flat-top work. The 24-inch griddle operates as a dedicated station for searing proteins, cooking pancakes, toasting buns, or shallow-frying. Two line cooks can work side-by-side on the same piece of equipment without crossing paths or crowding each other's workspace. Under the burners, twin ovens operate on separate temperature controls. You can roast meats at a higher temperature on one side while holding or slow-braising sauces at a lower temperature on the other side.

Ultimate Range features 6 heavy-duty, non-clog open burners (33,000 BTU each) paired with a right-mounted 24" manual griddle for ultimate versatility on the line. 336,000 total BTUs.
