Mounted on a 48-inch wide cabinet base, this unit features a dual-compartment convection steamer—with each cavity typically accommodating five full-size pans for a ten-pan total capacity—integrated alongside a 10-gallon electric tilting kettle. An internal, high-efficiency electric steam boiler housed within the cabinet provides the thermal energy for both the steamer compartments and the kettle jacket, allowing for the concurrent preparation of bulk vegetables and proteins while simmering large batches of soups, sauces, or starches.
