The Southbend PCE75S/SD Platinum Series Single Deck Electric Convection Oven delivers heavy-duty baking and roasting performance for high-volume commercial kitchens. Operating on an efficient 7.5kW heating element array, this standard-depth oven accommodates five full-size sheet pans on heavy-duty wire racks. The coved porcelain interior eliminates food traps, while the 2-speed 1/2 HP convection fan ensures uniform heat distribution to prevent cold spots.
Engineered with a rugged stainless steel front, sides, and top, the PCE75S/SD features dependent 60/40 doors with a patented 2-point door latch mechanism for an airtight thermal seal. The intuitive manual controls include a solid-state thermostat (140°F to 500°F) and a 60-minute mechanical timer, providing chefs with simple, fail-safe operation during demanding service rushes.
The standard depth compartment includes 5 plated wire racks with 11 position rack guides, capable of holding up to five full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans.
