The PCG90B/ TD Platinum Series Convection Oven is a gas, single, bakery cavity depth, 90,000 BTU of power, with touch controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Ovens can accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack.
