The PCG50S/SD Platinum Series Convection Oven is a gas, single, standard cavity depth, 50,000 BTU of power, with standard controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Ovens can accommodate one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack.
