The Southbend SLGS/12SC-NAT Convection Oven is a high-performance commercial gas convection oven engineered to deliver consistent baking, roasting, and cooking results in demanding foodservice environments. Powered by natural gas, this full-size convection oven features a durable stainless steel front, top, and sides for long-lasting reliability and easy cleaning. Its powerful forced-air convection system ensures even heat distribution for faster cook times, improved product consistency, and greater kitchen efficiency. The spacious interior accommodates multiple full-size sheet pans, making it ideal for restaurants, bakeries, cafeterias, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
