Positioned directly beneath a massive 1-inch thick polished steel plate, the embedded elements respond almost instantly by turning the element fully on, quickly bringing the plate back to the set temperature. Say goodbye to slowdowns during intense breakfast rushes—this unit maintains blistering heat with little recovery lag.

With dual independent heating controls (one every 12 inches), you can run a high-heat zone on the left for searing smash burgers or bacon while utilizing a gentle, lower-temp zone on the right for delicate eggs, pancakes, or holding toasted buns without scorching.

This high-output commercial griddle operates on 208/240v power and ships without a line cord or plug. It is engineered to be hardwired directly into a field junction box or fitted with a specialized industrial plug on site.
