Star-Max® electric griddles provide precise temperature control and are a perfect addition to any food service operation. Electric griddles are constructed with quality and durability in mind. Polished steel or chrome plate options available. Available in 15", 24", 36" and 48” widths. Snap-action thermostat adjusts from 150° to 450°F.
Don't compromise on recovery time just because you're running on electric. The Star-Max 548TGF features advanced snap-action thermostats that sense temperature drops instantly. Positioned directly beneath a massive 1-inch thick polished steel plate, the embedded elements respond almost instantly by turning the element fully on, quickly bringing the plate back to the set temperature. Say goodbye to slowdowns during intense breakfast rushes—this unit maintains blistering heat with little recovery lag.
With dual independent heating controls (one every 12 inches), you can run a high-heat zone on one side for searing smash burgers or bacon while utilizing a gentle, lower-temp zone on the other for delicate eggs, pancakes, or holding toasted buns without scorching.
This high-output commercial griddle operates on 208/240v/60/1-ph or 3-ph field convertible power and ships without a line cord or plug. It is engineered to be hardwired directly into a field junction box or fitted with a specialized industrial plug on site. Please have a licensed commercial electrician verify your facility's exact electrical setup.
