They feature a 1” thick polished steel griddle plate that absorbs and retains massive thermal mass. When cold or frozen food hits the surface, the plate won't suffer a drastic temperature drop, speeding up recovery times and tightening ticket turnarounds. Available in 15”, 24” 36” and 48” widths with a 29" deep body profile, they are designed to match standard kitchen equipment lines, fitting cleanly on a 24" equipment stand alongside countertop fryers or hot plates.

28,300 BTU aluminized burner every 12” of width controlled by a modulating thermostat, 3/4” N.P.T. male gas connection with convertible pressure regulator, and 4” adjustable legs. Griddles ship ship for natural gas service with LP conversion kit and reversible regulator.

Unlike manual griddles that rely on guessing flame heights, the Star 624TF features embedded thermostatic controls that adjust from 150°F to 450°F. This produces more exact surface temperatures, making it ideal for delicate breakfast items like eggs and pancakes up to heavy searing. With two independently controlled 12" zones, a chef can handle a high-heat sear on the left while simultaneously warming buns on the right.
