Cutting board (8" wide) made of 1" thick white thermoplastic

Cutting board brackets (4) are made of 16 gauge #302 stainless steel

Dry electric units are used to maintain the temperature of pre-cooked foods. These units are designed for dry operation. To keep food moist, add a spillage pan with 1 - 2" of water
