It features a 36-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface, thermostatic temperature controls, a polished steel griddle plate, removable grease tray, and stainless-steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. - 3,000-4,000 watt element per 12 inch section provide rapid, uniform temperature recovery during morning rushes, slashing meal ticket wait times
