Traulsen UPT276-L-SB is a compact, high-performance 27" refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, while the anodized aluminum interior resists corrosion. The unit features a right-hinged, self-closing door with a stay-open mechanism at 105°, and a Santoprene® EZ-Clean gasket that lasts up to four times longer than traditional PVC gaskets.
