The Traulsen UST6024-RR 60" Refrigerated Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is engineered for high-performance food preparation in commercial kitchens. Part of Traulsen’s Dealer’s Choice series, this two-section unit combines durability, efficiency, and thoughtful design to streamline sandwich and salad assembly lines. Its spacious refrigerated top accommodates up to 24 included 1/6-size pans, each 4" deep, and can support pans up to 6" deep while maintaining NSF 7 food-safe temperatures between 34°F and 38°F. The insulated, lift-up stainless steel pan cover is removable for easy cleaning, and the full-length, reversible 8" white nylon cutting board offers ample prep space.
