This two-section unit features two left-hinged, self-closing stainless steel doors with a stay-open feature at 105°, ensuring efficient workflow during busy service hours. The top section accommodates twelve 1/6-size food pans (included), with the capability to hold pans up to 6" deep, all kept at food-safe temperatures between 34°F and 38°F.
