Its spacious refrigerated top accommodates up to 30 included 1/6-size, 4" deep pans, with the flexibility to hold pans up to 6" deep—ideal for high-volume ingredient storage. Four self-closing drawers provide additional storage, each capable of holding eight 1/6-size pans (not included), keeping essential ingredients within easy reach.
