The top section accommodates up to thirty 1/6-size pans, each 4 inches deep, allowing for organized ingredient storage. These pans are kept at optimal temperatures thanks to the unit's efficient refrigeration system, which uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant. The insulated, lift-up pan cover and roll-top lid not only ensure temperature retention but also provide easy access and cleaning.
